Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Saketini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
