Zelenskyy referred to the arrangement as “an unprecedented agreement.”

A drone hit a Turkey-registered ship and set it ablaze in the southern part of the Odesa region, authorities reported. The MT Orinda was struck while unloading LPG at Izmail harbor, according to Turkish maritime authority. Every one of the 16 crew aboard evacuated and no one was injured.
